Before you pack up the car and head for the mountains, know that when we say mountains, we really mean it!

Downtown Bryson City has an elevation of 1,752 feet, so think of this as a starting point. The majority of our cabins will have a higher elevation than this. This means that our roads- both state and private- will be steeper, narrower, and curvier than you may be use to driving. Also, you should expect to encounter gravel roads. Consider it part of our rural mountain charm!

love everything about the house and property. We had everything we needed. The house was very clean.The couple of issues were the mattresses were very hard and one of the shower curtains needs to be charnged due to some mildew on the inside. Mildew wasnt bad but shouldn't be there.

Great place, slept a ton of people and had a nice large common area for activity. Easy access once you understood where it was. Nice area. Lots of parking.

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! And we had room for all 8 of us to sit around the table together which was such a blessing! Overall a great place and plenty of room for a large family! Thank y’all agian!

Overall good

The overall stay was good. Very nice appearance upon arrival but overall hadn't been cleaned well. A few things were broken. We had to purchase pliers in order to work the fireplace.

Clean and close to town

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very nice. It was clean and we had plenty of accessories which made it easy to cook and do everything we needed to do. It was in a good location and easy access to town. We really liked the fact that a tree was up it made it feel very homey.

Beds-a-Plenty plus Convenient Location

If you’re looking for a convenient location, close to Bryson City, the Great Smokey Mountain National Park or even the Cherokee Casino, for a large family or multiple couples, this place is great. It’s clean, amply maintained with a well supplied kitchen and plenty of towels for everyone. The front deck is lovely and large with plenty of seating and a large table if you’d like to eat outside. However, if you’re looking for views of the Smokey’s, it’s not that great. Thee upside to that is that you don’t have to drive up a long steep road or driveway to get here. However, if you’re looking for views of the Smokey’s, it’s not that great. The upside to that is that you don’t have to drive up a long steep road or driveway to get here. One of the 2 bathrooms could use an update but it’s functional and clean. Give that one to the kids. Lol We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again for the cleanliness, location and amount of people that this home sleeps. One last note, the property management company recommended that we not use our GPS to find the home’s location; however, we had no problem using our GPS to find the house. The directions they gave weren’t exactly the easiest to follow.

Spring Break

Great location, quiet, prefect size for our family. The yard was big enough for the kids to play. There was a small playground close by for the kids to use. The house was clean and had everything that we needed for the week. Short drive to town and close to national park. Our only complaint were that the beds (queen) were very uncomfortable. The bunkbeds we're fine for the kids. Over all we loved the place and will definitely book again.

Great place!

We enjoyed every minute of our staying. Great place to relax and enjoy nature. Close to Tennessee, so we jumped the mountain and visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was a great experience. Very clean and comfortable cabin. We will definitely come back .

Family friendly

The house was clean and in a great location! Only issue we had was the fireplace didn't work the first night. We called the property manager and they sent someone right over Saturday morning and fixed it! Everyone had a great time!

Enjoyed the week with my sons and their wives along with my grandkids. Picture of property would lead you to believe it was in a secluded area. Cabin was surrounded by other cabins and homes. There were two water leaks under the house that my son found when checking the hot water heater. They were repaired but seems the owner would have thanked us for notifying him and saving him from a larger repair project cause it appears it had been leaking for a while.

Great location and lots of family space

This home had great room sizes. The bunk bed room was awesome for our 4 children to stay in. The large kitchen table gave us a great family feeling. Some small broken items throughout the house but didn’t effect our stay.
