NO VIEW, NO INTERNET OR CELL RECEPTION

We had reserved the "Bit of Heaven" cabin for two nights. We checked in Sunday night, left Monday morning. Issue 1: We were to check in Sunday. At 2PM Sunday, we had not received any instructions on how to find the cabin or how to get in. We had to email the management company asking for instructions. Then they sent the instructions. Issue 2: We rented this cabin because of the view. It looks great on the website. The photos on the website must have been taken several years ago. The vegetation has grown up so high it totally blocks the view. I would post photos if there was a way. The only way you can actually see the mountains in the distance is to sit on the cover of the hot tub. This is not an exaggeration! Then you can only see a tiny bit. Issue 3: We checked in Sunday afternoon and left Monday morning, forfeiting our payment for the next night. There is no cell reception and no internet. We cannot be out of touch, even on vacations. We literally had to made trips down the mountain to NOC just to link with their internet service so we could communicate. There in NO MENTION OF "NO INTERNET" ON VRBO. This cabin has be rented since October of 2018. We looked in the guest books. Isn't it "ODD" there is not a single review on VRBO! We violated our own rule to NEVER rent any VRBO property with only a few reviews, much less NONE. We will NEVER make that mistake again.
