Hi Jonathon, we want all of our guests to find the perfect rental for their stay, and we're disappointed this wasn't the one. We're sorry you struggled with the drive-up, driving in the mountains in winter can be a challenge. Additionally, we're sorry for your experience upon arrival and that the home was not to your liking. The camera is a dummy and does not record. It is a general industry practice for owners to have security cameras set around the exterior of the home strictly for safety purposes. Upon booking, guests agree to a cancellation policy as once the property is booked, owners cannot easily find guests to replace the booked dates. Thanks for letting us know.

Jim, we're sorry about the aspects of your stay that fell short. The homeowner inspected the property after your check-out and didn't find a bathing suit in the shower. Additionally, there is only one floor to the property, so we are confused to hear your feedback about someone living on the bottom floor. The unit is accurately depicted in the photos so guests have an idea of what to expect. We provide clear directions in the pre-stay email, but we apologize if this wasn't enough information.
