“This is s very nice property with an exceptional ocean front view. We were able to whale watch every day. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need to prepare meals in the condo. The bed was really comfortable. Wifi was really good and we had no connection problems at all while in the unit. You will need to get the resort password if you want access poolside. We did not do the all inclusive so we can’t comment on the food quality, however the price has gone up. The chair game is……

“We had a wonderful relaxing time! The home was beautiful and very well maintained. It was 3 blocks to the beach amd a 20 minute walk to town, depending how fast or slow or walk. Quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and lookforward to returning. ”

“We stayed in this condo for three months. This studio condo is quite small but well laid-out, with lots of baskets, shelves etc. to put all our stuff. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped - any other items we needed were readily supplied. The only drawback is a very small under the counter fridge with tiny freezer but we managed to work around that. We really loved the small heated pool, especially when the ocean was too rough for swimming. The rooftop deck was great……

“I have used VRBO over 20 times, 95% of my reviews are 4-5 star. This place was a BAD experience. No microwave so you must re-heat everything on the stove. Sleeps 9 people in beds and coffee maker makes 2.5 cups at a time. Upstairs shower does not drain. Door lock broke inside but there was a 2nd. Pull handle on door also broke. Owner left 2 towels for each of 3 bathrooms. She said if we wanted more we could go buy some. House shows no pride in ownership. Any thing that needed replacing was done……

“The location of the property was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The section of the beach was nicer than any other area of beach as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including extra supplies which was greatly appreciated. Filtered water was also and extra added bonus. Loved the place and will stay here again! ”

“We loved the spectacular views from the generous balcony and loved listening to the ocean waves. It was so nice to be in a place that felt like home rather than a hotel. “We stayed for the first time in Bucerias and this condo. Our host was super, he made sure we were looked after with the property manager and checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. The condo (at the time of our stay in Feb 2024) was basically new. We had everything we needed, full kitchen with lots of pots, frying pans, utensils, cutlery, etc. The only thing missing was a cork screw which we bought and left behind for the next guests. The beds were great, air conditioning was nice……

“This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias. ”
