「This place provided the perfect spot for my coworkers and I to work and enjoy comfortably for two days. The hosts had set up a festive Christmas tree, which was really lovely. 「The cottage is very clean and all necessary amenities were provided, but there are animals nesting in the attic and back wall of the house. It was difficult to sleep because of the noises they made coming and going.」

I do feel like there could be some areas of improvement with cleaning as all the picture ledges, lamp shades and some of the walls have layers of dust and I’m not sure if the place was swept or vacuumed before we came. 「Great location to visit company in Roanoke. There are lots of chickens running around. The bed was very comfortable. Our pup had fun, big yard. The property had lots of character. Pet bed and dishes were also available, nice touch.」
