My first Horrible experience with Hotels.com
The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too.
The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which I think this place should refund or pay us back. Will never never book this kind of apartment / room without front desk forever. The host was not helpful at all, no late out charge not taking care your luggages. Only repeating your check out time wad 11:00am and you have to leave the room.
