「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」

「Too many issues for a 4 star hotel Misleading info - 1 free beverage per person was a bottle of tap water - AC couldn't manage to cool the room, thermostat showed 25 C even with full fan and outside temperature in mid 20 C - Room has a fridge but is connected on request!? I had to wait 5 hours for somebody to come to the room and power it on, after I called several times Annoyances - the AC fan was blowing air straight on the bed - room doesn't have Do not disturb signs.
