"We found it hard to find anything negative about this place. The units are well thought out and looked after with everything we needed provided and complete sets of equipment in the kitchen. "We arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in...

"I simply loved my stay at the Hotel Fuerst Bismarck.It is very reasonably priced and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was an additional 19 Euro per person but absolutely worth it. The hotel is located across from Hamburg Main Station in a safe and centrally located area. The Alster is only a short walk away as well as the fun district of St. Georg with lots of little bars, bistros and restaurants. If you want to visit Museum Ballinstadt - which you should! - you can get there easily from the Main Station by S-Bahn in 20 minutes. "
