“The place is very comfortable. It's the ground floor of an older, large farmhouse and has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen & a bunk bed), 1 bathroom, 2 TVs, lots of cards and board games! The young couple who own the house live upstairs and are very nice and helpful, too. They have dogs and it was remarkably quiet despite them being right up stairs. They also have chickens and roosters! We brough our dogs, too. They have a large unfenced yard but do have a large penned area for the dogs.”

“The house is clean and tidy, the owner is very thoughtful with all the preparations, he keeps a book with instructions for the house and the nearest place to eat and thing to do, it's great to stay here ! The house is decorated very wonderfully! I'm verry happy that i chose this place to have a trip with my family!!”

“Room was spotless clean. Front desk staff friendly and responsive. Breakfast was plenty good for being free. Rooms must be double insulated as we didn't hear a thing from the adjoining rooms. ”

“My expectations were somewhere in the middle but could not have been more delighted with every aspect of my stay. The hotel manager (just lovely) was working the front desk. Check-in around 10pm was perfect. The lobby area is cozy, clean, organized, and welcoming. My room was terrific, a good size with pristine linens and bathroom. Breakfast attendant (Judy) was helpful, very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast itself was plentiful and fresh, with more than your average free-breakfast……

“Decent, had discount which lowered price. Noisier as its near main road. Room could be cleaner and overall probably not worth the place. I did not stay for the downtown area and just stopped as an in-between place. Cheaper options/better value probably around”

“Stayed at this property many times and it’s consistent with comfort and cleanliness. It’s my choice in Sturbridge while traveling for business and the location is so convenient. Cant beat the value either. Owners and staff that run it are also wonderful. I recommend out of all options in area ”

“Everything was great!! The clerk was very personable and the room and bathroom was clean. The only small thing I would mention is the cobwebs in the extremely high corners of the ceiling. That's it other than that everything was great!!?”
