“We booked this place -- and paid for it 100% -- about six weeks prior to our trip to Buckeye, AZ. On the day we were to check in, I tried to get the code we needed to unlock our unit. I was told our reservation had been canceled for lack fo payment. When we protested, the (presumed) owner was not only unhelpful and uninterested, but rude in the extreme. This was undoubtedly the WORST experience on a vacation trip we have ever experienced. I hope this gets published (but doubt it) to save you……

“This is my terrible experience in this location where I tried to understand that I rent a hotel on the contrary they rent me an apartment something very confused is that you rent with main hotel but you need to deal with 3 Different companies that .makes you confused I paid for the hotel room and when you go to the process they requested to pay another $39 dollars to continue with checking in that is terrible cause ripping off your money also wasn't available to get in the apartments due to……

“We had a great stay in a beautiful home and truly enjoyed our relaxing visit to Phoenix. David was an excellent host—very responsive and quick to take care of anything we needed, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. While the home has a slightly dated feel and we would have appreciated a bit more bedding, it was comfortable overall. With a little extra attention to the pool deck area, this would be an even better experience. Overall, a lovely stay and a host who really cares about……

“Everything one might need in a studio efficiency apartment is made available!We slept well and ate breakfast in the room at a comfortable bistro table. Our days and evenings were full of activity but if needed, a lovely backyard with seating was offered.Although we packed our own, the host went above and beyond providing some groceries and bathroom essentials for guest use. We greatly appreciated the coffee maker and coffee fixings! We would definitely rent at this property again.P.S. The……

“Location was perfect for Spring Training at Goodyear Ballpark. Loved the responsive communication with the host. The amenities in the pantry made our stay convenient to cook a few meals at the house. Rooms were great and we loved the outdoor firepit and adirondack chairs. Very peaceful area. Thank you!”
