“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. The apartment was exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, private, and conveniently located near downtown Charlottesville’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our favorite feature was the backyard. The privacy fence, deck, Adirondack chairs, and fire pit created a relaxing outdoor retreat, and the well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation easy.A few notes for future guests: the main bedroom bed was quite high, though a step stool was……

“Apartment is lovely. Very clean upon arrival. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen. Nice walk-in closet in primary bedroom. Comfortable beds. Very well done bathrooms.Host was very pleasant and helpful. Quick to respond to texts and resolve an issue. As other reviews commented, it can be noisy because the apartment is right on the downtown mall. Didn't find this to be a deterrent. Just used noise canceling earbuds. There was also a box of earplugs in the closet. Parking was close and inexpensive.……

“This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s quite modern, quiet, clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay during our motorcycle trip. The codes for access arrived in a timely fashion. I would suggest they include the WiFi password with the code email. But a call to the contact number got that sorted. I’d certainly use Basecamp 151 again if the need arose.”

“Love this place! It’s close to campus as well as some great food. Don’t miss Pi Napo for pizza. We stayed at the end of a long road trip so we appreciated the washer and dryer.”

“The property is very clean and well appointed. Good location. And great communication with the owner. ”

“We loved our stay here. It’s literally so close to downtown town. I walked to get the best London fog at Lone light coffee each morning. The cutest downtown area. The home was comfortable and we enjoyed it so much. And we enjoyed the hot tub! That made for a relaxing evening. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back.”

“Great size, plenty of room for our large family. Nice open space in the living room and kitchen. Beautiful area!!”

“So, this was the first trip my wife and I were able to take in more than four years where it’s just the two of us trying to getaway from a busy and hectic life raising two young kids. And this property let us down from the moment we showed up. The unit had not been cleaned prior to arrival. We were greeted by trash bags upon opening the front door, used towels hanging on racks in the bathroom, and the only bed was unmade. There was no hair dryer contrary to what the listing told us. There was……
