“We made a last minute trip to Traverse City and found this rental. The room was clean and the location was fairly close to downtown. I would definitely come here again.”

“Great place, good room, clean and attractive. A bit of a challenge to get into the hotel since you need codes for entry and room. Once we figured everything out it was very good. Had a great laugh, the pillow chocolates must have been there for a while, when we opened them they were grey! This is not a dealbreaker by any means, but it was quite funny. Everything was very clean and the room was excellent. We’d stay here again. A suggestions: shower needs a shelf of some sort to hold things,……

“Electronic check in not too shabby. If found smoking on property $1000 fine , excessive. No one around a plus. If you need something though their help service number doesn't seem to be 24/7 even though they connect you with someone in another country. Don't expect to make changes easily. Room connections are weird, along with an extra door to the bathroom? Hallway entrance is nice for the bathroom, BUT YOU DON'T GET THE KEY HAHA. “Long story short: I spent almost two hours trying to contact the company to get room access. They never got back to me, and I had to get a hotel. I still haven't received a refund. On the day of check-in, I sent the host a message asking about my access code. I didn't get a reply but assumed that there would be instructions or someone to help once I arrived. I got to the Inn, but there was no one there and no instructions. I tried calling all of the numbers provided, but no one answered. I……

“Impossible to relax when sitting so close to the busy street - not sleeping at night, not sitting on the balcony looking at the beach or sunset. Close to a lot, nice walking trail directly behind the property.”

“Expedia (and VRBO which Expedia owns) cancelled my reservation the day before our reservation began because the "system overbooked the hotel" and there was nothing they could do about it. We had to find a hotel at the last minute, and most hotels were sold out. Ended up paying $100 more per night at another hotel. ”
