“Excellent location, very clean, very nice looking, excellent staff, room was very nice and clean, all the amenities is excellent, the Lebanese restaurant was excellent. The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! I was told each time that I have to keep the key away from my phone, which is absolutely ridiculous, that’s like 20th century technology in the 21st-century first century…. “The only advantage of this property is the proximity to the train station. There is no luggage storage available and no amenities. I texted for help and they never responded to the message. We had a really nice interactive with the cleaner, but the management tried to make us pay for our room again with them despite it being paid already thru Expedia. I would not stay here again.”
