The gentleman at the front desk that night was very kind and gave us Room 232. However, the room was extremely hot—32°C—and our child cried all night because of the heat. “The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.”
