Lovely stay

Nicely maintained and well equiped apartment with gorgeous views. Fantastic location with a number of tram lines on the door step to get around the city.

Absolutely fantastic

The apartment did indeed have an amazing and unobstructed view of the Danube. It was half a block away from Tram stations so that made it very easy to get around. The apartment was equipped and the hosts left us with water, creamers for coffee, a healthy supply of coffee pods and even a bottle of white wine.

Wonderful Apartment!

The apartment was as listed. Phenomenal location, spacious and modern and the views are incredible. We're looking forward to returning to Budapest and staying at Vincent's apartment again.

Well-functioning and good location in relation to the wiev of Donau. Fantastic apartment, tidy and well-functioning. The balcony was used a lot for breakfast and evening entertainment.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience! The apartment is in a great location and very convenient for walking. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need. And the view - the view was AMAZING. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the balcony. If we found ourselves in Budapest again, for sure would stay here!

Fabulous Apartment in a great location

The property is stunning with high ceiling in a traditional block. It is beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The location was perfect to explore the city with stunning views to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. If we return to the city we would definitely stay here and we will recommend to our friends.

Best View in Budapest

Yes, it's absolutely the best view in Budapest. Apartment was perfect in every way. Vincent and Berni were very responsive to our questions about this very modern and beautiful property, which was very much appreciated. We are already planning a return trip!

Fantastic all around- amazing view of the city, especially magical with evening lights; modern comfortable furnishings with upscale appliances, fabulous location for walking, trams etc, The whole process was smooth from booking to checkout. And there was a decent elevator- not a one person cage! Grab this apartment if it is available!

Vincent generously upgraded us to another property he has when he learned that construction was going to obstruct our views at the property we booked. We enjoyed the penthouse very much and the views were great. Location was very good as well.

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location

I stayed here with my partner for a long weekend and it was the perfect place for us. The check in process was so easy and being allowed to drop off luggage early in the day when we arrived, was so handy! The location is fantastic, being so close to Parliament was so easy with a very short walk into the centre. The winning factor though was definitely the view - absolutely beautiful throughout every hour of the day! We will definitely be back at some point soon!

A sensational place to be in Budapest

We had the pleasure to meet the owner Vincent at the check in. This apartment has topped my expection. The interior is designed by Vincent in a very smart and beautiful way. We spent a wonderful five days in this apartment. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was full of necessities. Not only were we able to fix our breakfasts, but it was also great to visit nearby restaurants and bring the food back to eat on the balcony. The host was very helpful on a minor issue that cropped up during the stay and was full of information on the surrounding area. Familiarize yourself with the Budapest public transportation system because you will be literally steps away from trams that will take you into the heart of the city. If it's available for your trip, book it. Don't hesitate.

Incredible View in Budapest

Everything about this apartment was perfect; the location, the view, the furnishings and the "welcome" bottle of wine, juice and water left for us. The fantastic property manager (Mitya) even walked me to the nearest grocery store after our arrival, and the owner (Vincent) came to check us out in person the last day to make sure everything had gone well and arrange for transportation to the airport. They could not have been more kind and accommodating and we will definitely stay here again if we return. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Long weekend break - Christmas gift hubby!

Great apartment minutes away from the parliament building. Lovely view from the balcony over the Danube. Super clean and well equipped.Brilliant communication from Vincent. Check in and check out super easy. Would highly recommend. We enjoyed a fantastic Segway tour and using the e-scooters. The trams were really easy to use too. Loved Budapest!

Amazing property with an unreal view!

Vincent was an incredible host from the moment we arrived in Budapest. Communication was prompt and professional. We arrived late and he arranged someone to meet us at the apartment to ease the check in process. The apartment itself is modern and stunning. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more coffee mornings and wine evenings on the incredible balcony!

Beautiful Budapest

The apartment was wonderful. It had all the amenities offered and perfectly met our needs. The location could not have been better with easy access to public transportation at the front door. Restaurants and shopping were a few steps away. The host Vincent was wonderful to work with and Blanca made the check in and check out process seamless, fast and simple. Now for the good part THE TERRACE LOOKING OVER THE DANUBE WAS AMAZING. Thank you Vincent foe sharing your beautiful property.

Already booked our next stay

This was our 4th stay in this fabulous apartment (see previous reviews). We had a lovely Christmas staying here, visiting our ballet dancer son. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. We visit about 5 times a year from the UK and I already have 3 more bookings this year in one of Vincent’s apartments. It’s a great place to stay in the Winter as the apartment and duvets are so warm. We will never tire of the amazing view from the bedroom/balcony. I almost didn’t write a review as I want to keep it a secret. Thank you to Vincent and the BBLA team.

Exceptional apartment, location, and rental experience

This is a great property to explore Budapest from. We spent a week here, using the terrace and kitchen extensively. The view is even more dramatic than photos suggest, and the kitchen really well supplied with quality cookware and appliances. It made meal prep fun. As other reviewers say, good stores and transportation nearby and really clean. Vincent was a great host, very communicative and principled about providing a quality experience all the way around. He provided a 40+ hard back page guide book how everything works in the apartment as well as getting around the city and restaurants to try, etc. The guide book was golden … as was our stay. Undeniably 5 Stars!

Amazing Stay!

From the initial communication with Vincent to our departure and checkout with Niki, everything about this stay was excellent!I began communicating a few months ago with Vincent about the details of the booking and he was always very responsive and helpful. I really appreciated all the insight and help.The apartment is more wonderful than the description or pictures show, if that's even possible. The view of the Danube and Fisherman's Bastion is stunning, especially at sunset and after dark.The location was perfect for what we needed. We were able to walk from the train station. We purchased a transportation pass for 6.50 and were able to easily reach every destination we wanted.Additional key points: the bathrooms have heated floors! and heated towel racks :-) And, there is a washing machine/dryer in one! We did not use it, but had no idea these existed.We checked out very early in the morning (5 a.m.) and Niki met us at the apartment with a taxi driver to take us to the airport.Honestly, could not have asked for a more beautiful place in a perfect location with the best host.
