「Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und daher so wie erwartet. Terrasse und Außenküche bestens und täglich genutzt. Auch Aufteilung der Räume mit den beiden Bädern ist gut und getrennt nutzbar. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, könnte aber auch umfangreicher sein. Pfannenwender hat z.b. gefehlt. Wir waren nur 2 Personen, bei 4 wird es knapp. Allerdings kann die (kleine) Spülmaschine natürlich auch im Dauerbetrieb laufen.Ein Zaun um das Anwesen würde das Sicherheitsgefühl (Hunde) verbessern....

「Wir (Familie mit zwei 8- und 10-jährigen Kindern) haben eine traumhafte Juni-Woche in der Villa Luca verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind wunderbar. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und das Sprungbrett war das absolute Highlight für unsere Kinder. 「The house by the sea was an absolute dream – the location right by the water offered a stunning view and a relaxing atmosphere.
