This unique, large house features 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to provide plenty of privacy for all your guests! We have a huge Master Suite with King bed and a futon, a second King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, and a bunk room for the kids. Altogether, the house is 2900 square feet and sleeps up to 14 people with plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

The main living and dining area and the kitchen are on the top floor, which means you have beautiful views and light in the part of the house you spend the most time in. An additional living room and a second kitchen are located downstairs; there are also two laundry rooms, 4 full bathrooms (two with showers and two with bathtubs), and 4 huge decks so you can sit outside with your morning coffee OR your afternoon cocktail and enjoy sunshine and views any time of day. Our kitchens are very well equipped for all your cooking and entertaining adventures!

We are located directly on the Monarch Spur bike trail so you can ride or walk straight into town in just a couple of minutes or head across the river to the hiking and mountain biking trails on Tenderfoot ("S") Mountain. You'll forget you even brought a car!

We are a family-oriented vacation rental and feel our place is perfect for reunions and multi-family getaways. Whether you are in town for a wedding, a ski trip or just to enjoy the Colorado mountains, our place is a perfect home base for the whole family. We have included toys and games for the kiddos throughout the home, child-proof outlets in the living areas, and a cozy bunk room on the first floor. Our home also has free WiFi for those who are working on the go.
