The area is on top of natural hot thermal springs and some spots along the waters edge are actually to hot to stand on because of the thermals. Everything was good except the hot tub and pool were colder than the ocean. They came to fill the propane to heat the water but after 2 days, it still didn’t warm up. Would have been nice as the weather and wind were quite chilly.
Stayed 2 nights in Jan 2025
