This a small, unassuming Hotel, basic but good, very well located, close to the subway and lots of Dining options near by. The coffee at breakfast can be better and the hairdryer in my room never worked. The best part is the staff which is always friendly and helpful.

OK for a few days base

OK for a night or two for the price but felt the hotel was in need of a lot of modernisation. Reception and breakfast area was clean but food options not good. Breakfast is served to you at a kitchen counter and nothing showing what was on offer apart from the odd things laid out on trays on the counter. Lift was extremely small and old which you have to close the external door and then pull across the gate. Didn't feel too safe. Room was very dark and dated. Bathroom was clean but again dated. Wifi signal poor. Location is good and it was a decent base for a couple of days but not somewhere I would stay at if I was to return.

Some of the information given by Hotels.com beforehand was inaccurate. There is no Airport transfer, in fact when I door to Hotels.com, he didn’t know what this meant. The staff do no speak English, with the exception of one man who works 2 evenings per week. There is no in room massage. Staff tried to be helpful, location was good, housekeeping good and breakfast staff helpful, if the offering is a bit basic and repetitive.

​I lost my money. I had a 12-day reservation but could only stay for one night. Since they make you pay in advance, there is no way to get a refund. The elevators are extremely small (barely fitting two people) and constantly get stuck. The TV sets do not work, and the room carpets are filthy. Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had.
