Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Palermo Chico! This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple or a small group of friends looking to stay in a privileged area of Buenos Aires, just a few meters from Avenida Libertador.
It has two full bathrooms and the kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your own meals if you wish. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine for your convenience.
For your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, so you can enjoy a pleasant temperature throughout the year. We also offer high speed internet so you can stay connected during your stay. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax after a busy day on the spacious balcony with views of the city.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.
Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
Palermo Chico is a residential neighborhood known for being one of the most exclusive and elegant areas of the city, and for its wide tree-lined streets, historic mansions, and green spaces. In it is the famous Botanical Garden and the Galileo Galilei Planetarium.
In addition, Palermo Chico is surrounded by other interesting neighborhoods such as Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, which are famous for their nightlife, designer shops, bars and restaurants.
It is an ideal place for tourists looking to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of an elegant and sophisticated neighborhood, while being close to other tourist and entertainment venues in the city.
Getting Around:
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through Fliphaus, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Interaction with Guests:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
