The second bathroom also has a bathtub and bidet. There is also a third guest bathroom in the laundry area, which includes a washer and dryer.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with all necessary utensils, a microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. It opens onto both the living room and the balcony terrace.
