A bright 1B/1B Condo on the main floor of a three-story condo building. Well furnished with an indoor eating area as well as a dining table on the terrace, which is surrounded by a large private garden and a walk-out to the community pool.

This 1B/1B condo comes with all the amenities you would expect from your home. TV, Starlink Internet, washer and dryer, microwave, modern stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked kitchen for the chef in the family!

Everything you want in Costa Rica's Southern Zone is within easy driving distance. The village of Ojochal, with its fine dining, is only 15 minutes north, and Palmar Norte is 15 minutes south; both provide for banking and shopping. There are four very secluded beaches within an easy 30-minute drive.
