This hotel is excellent! The property is in an unbeatable location in a lovely elegant area of BA. The rooms are big and comfortable. The service is unbeatable. Best value for the money.

The space for the room was very nice, peaceful, and tranquil. The room was soundproof as well which made for a great space. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing/drainage issue with our bathroom that flooded the bathroom floor. The way the staff handled that was disappointing. The maintenance worker was outstanding but the fact that management did not offer to move us, nor have housekeeping come in and sterilize/clean the floor, nor acknowledge the inconvenience, and that we still had to pay full fare feels disappointing and is unacceptable.

The room was always clean, they have two cleaning services per day. The hotel is located in a very safe area in buenos aires and just in front of Patio Bullrich mall. Very recommended.

Excelente hotel mas com grande frustração ao final
Excelente hotel, com staff bastante atencioso e ótima localização. No geral a experiência foi muito boa. No entanto, tivemos um problema sério no checkout, uma vez que o hotel nos cobrou o dólar blue para o pagamento da hospedagem. Ou seja, não foi respeitada a cotação oficial do dólar para conversão da estadia em pesos. Inclusive, havíamos questionado isso no chat e a recepção foi irredutível na cobrança. Ficamos bastante frustrados com isso e repensando se voltaríamos a nos hospedar.

El desayuno no era de Sofitel. Muy poca variedad. Enviamos un email previo a la estadía con las intolerancias alimenticias (Celiaquia) y NO habían opciones. Recién al 3er día luego de reiterados pedidos nos presentaron una opción.
