「Although a small compact apartment, it is incredibly well designed and thought out. It works really well. It has a lovely view and felt friendly. It is reasonably accessible and a short walk from the free circular bus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only issues with the apartment was the lack of a washing machine/laundry on site and a washing up basin would have been useful.I do however have an issue with Vrbo. "Excellent service with friendly and attentive staffs. From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. Our family had such a great time and was very memorable. Highly recommend for others when visiting Zermatt, and definitely our choice when visiting next. "

"The hotel was great for its value. The room was very cozy and functional although being small. It was super clean as well and the bathroom was very nice and modern. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff. No AC but it wasn’t a problem at all, I asked for a fan when I checked in in the afternoon, but in general it’s ok with the window open. Happy that there’s an elevator too."
