"Quickly booked this hotel on a whim so we would have somewhere to stay while in town for a concert and it did not disappoint! It seems it was in a nice, safe, not too populated area so that was great! The bed was so comfy for me, I had such an amazing sleep. The pool was nice as well! I wish there was a hot tub but that's all good! The hotel was decorated in a nice modern way and everything was so clean! Upon checking in we realized that our room's A/C was not working and they immediately switched us to another room so that was great! In terms of the breakfast that was also quite good! DIY waffles were nice, and usually I don't like the eggs and bacon that come with continental breakfast at hotels but this was not bad at all! Over all, a great, easy, safe stay and would come again! "
"We did not stay. The front door looked like an abandoned building. We called and were directed to the right side of the building. There wasn’t parking on site. When we got up to the rooms. The lights to the bedrooms and living area where non functioning. Only the kitchen and bath had lights. I tried to switch on a bedside light it had no light bulb. We did call and she was going to send someone to check on it. By then it was 11:30 at night. We told her we would not stay there and found another place to stay. "
"Unfortunately our stay was not very enjoyable.
Not clean, completely unstocked kitchen ( not even salt n pepper), we had a very unsafe electricity event, and while the owner was immediately responsive, we lost power in both living, dining and kitchen. No tv, refrigerator ( which we had stocked with groceries) for the rest of the night. Only TV was in living room. They had electrician there the rest of day working on it. We had to find somewhere else to spend the day.
I would say the kitchen was the biggest disappointment! No spices oils, nothing but air freshener, coffee pods, and a spray bottle labeled windex, but was actually fauloso, UGH. Some of the utensils were still dirty!!!
Also, because of the way the units are situated, we heard all conversations, laughter and noise from the downstairs tenants late into the night.
In addition, it snowed for two days, making driveway and walkway extremely slippery and difficult to walk on, they should have put out some salt at least in slightly elevated areas so we weren’t slipping down the driveway.
We understand there was train traffic, but this was gran central, all night long. There should be a clear warning in their listing.
I think VRBO needs better quality control of their offerings, this stay was less than, and we paid quite a bit for it. If you need pics we took some and can forward to you. I think we should at least be compensated for time out of unit and last groceries in fridge.

"It was amazing! Quick responses and had room for our dog. It was cozy and comfortable and location for food/stadium/airport/highway was perfect! We had such a good time! "
