「This is a hidden gem. The room I stayed in was wonderful 」

「We chose Stay USA because of the amenities. The pool, hit tub and breakfast. The pool was down and the breakfast had very little choices. No eggs, just sausage gravy and biscuits for only protein. No juices, they were out. Did not taste good. The room smelled of body odor, the AC didn't work so room was hot all night. The bathtub didn't drain. The moisture fan in bathroom didn't work. We almost left without refund. Don't recommend staying anywhere in Hot Springs SD.」

「The room smelled of smoke and the bathroom was very cramped. The location was perfect, though, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was ok and the rates were reasonable. 」

「Rooms didn’t get cleaned during stay other than towels and soap. Could’ve used a vacuum or something but no biggy. Won’t affect our choice to stay again so long as the price is good」

「The stay was satisfactory. Upon check-in, we were informed that the premises were undergoing renovations, which meant certain amenities like the pool, hot tub, and fitness room were inaccessible. Breakfast was disappointing, lacking protein options such as eggs or sausage. Additionally, only coffee was available for hot beverages. Providing tea as an alternative would be beneficial for those who do not prefer coffee. The staff members were courteous.」

「We got there just as everything was opening. The lodge is clean , comfortable and helpful in showing us where the outside camp kitchen was in order to grill steaks. Sleeping was a little challenging as a bus full of teenagers pulled up and basically ran up and down the halls and stairs all night. Kids will be kids. I was just wondering where are the adults. It was kinda rude and inconsiderate」
