Central Downtown Living
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located townhouse. This fully furnished home includes private garage parking, central air (Nest), smart TV (65"), wifi, and a private patio.
Minutes away from all attractions, including Allen & Chippewa (night life), Key Bank Center (Sabres), Casino, Canalside, Sahlen Field, Shea's Theatre, Helium Comedy Club, Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, and Larkinville. Short drive to Niagara Falls and Highmark Field (Bills).
Quiet times between 9pm and 7am everyday. No parties or unregistered guests.
No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in or on the property, including the back patio and garage. If there is a strong odor of smoke or marijuana at the property, there will be an automatic charge of $250. That is the cost to have an extra cleaning crew come in and o-zone the smoke smell out for the next guest.
No pets.

The property was well located and offered some fun amenities like a ping-pong table in the basement. I would definitely recommend this property to any group of friends or family visiting Buffalo. Justin was also a great host, and responded quickly to any messages and questions we had.
