Staff was nice. The hotel is going through a remodel. Our room was fine, but the hotel was disgusting, plaster everywhere, old TV's in the hall, remodel supplies in the common areas.

Very clean room. Night associate/clerk was great. The checkout associate/clerk was rude. Absolutely terrible. Asked if I was staying in a room, accusation was i was getting breakfast just walking off the street supposedly because of the sweatshirt I was wearing she told me. I do not feel this should be tolerated by a guest, let alone an owner. Will not be back to any hotels associated with this business. I travel alot. Unfortunate this occurred because I like your hotels.

Do not stay here! The property was filthy. A pile of trash was outside the door from renovations when you arrive. The foyer was dirty, and elevator unswept. The bedding had stains and there was mold the bathroom shower. It was a game weekend and they charged 3x the amount. The breakfast was not good either. Dirty as well. Never again!
