Property awesome, host great, neighbourhood quiet, best part there were two houses and a big group can enjoy a lot... Just few suggestions - Washing machine and dryer should be replaced, backyard can be made more happening... Again this is just a suggestion not required... But thanks for this awesome property... We will definitely book it again without thinking twice... Thanks

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Pros- decent location, parking was a huge plus, good common area spaces. Cons- older than pictured with some decor and minor upgrades to make it look nice in pictures, The stairs were incredibly loud, no matter how softly we tried walking on them they still creaked and popped, the doors were also very loud and creaky. Both made it challenging to sleep. Huge lack of cleanliness. The shower curtain liners were pink with mold & mildew also in the corners of the bathrooms. There was a mold spot on the ceiling over one of the beds. The large outdoor trash cans right in front of the front doors were overflowing and had evidence of animals getting into them before we even arrived. There were exactly enough towels for everyone to get 1 towel for whole stay, no extras in the closets and they were all seemingly old, mismatched, and rough. The linens weren’t very soft either but not the worst. The patio furniture was starting to break which caused a friend to nearly get injured. I reported an issue to the host and he told me to text some numbers to get it fixed so I had to become the middle man. I had also messaged him prior to the stay with a couple questions and was told to “contact the host” but I clicked “contact host” so I’m not sure who he was.Overall the houses served their purpose but we expected more based on the pictures and other reviews. If you have high or even just average standards for cleanliness and comfort I would not recommend staying here.
