"Arrived there past the check in time but still had to wait close to 1 hour for our room. The room was clean but not impeccable. The elevator has seen better days and could use an update on its flooring. I suggest tile instead of carpet. I do appreciate the staff for doing the best they can to.prepare the room. It was a busy 4th of July weekend. They were very accommodating with our 2 dogs. My husband realized that he forgot his special pillow. 16 miles out so I called the front desk. They had it ready for me."
