「We loved staying at the Villa. As this is a collection of stand-alone properties, there isn't a check in desk or reception, but the communication was great and we got responses all the time. Even before we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going to be ok for us. We had a friend join us for a couple of nights and he actually arrived first - I emailed his number to them and they met him at the villa and checked him in first. Great service. Particularly when we arrived hotel at late evening of 13/4/17 and room service was not available, the staff drove us to get dinner which is much appreciated for his hospitality. Only some decorations or facilities of villa need to be fixed and wifi not worked at villa (room)」

「I went there for my wedding in Bali. With this price, the service is superb and the villa is very nice and grand. The honeymoon decoration at my room is free and it surprised to my wife. The staff there is nice and helpful. Recommend to any people with group size of 6 or above to this villa.」
