“Parkplatz”

“The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment……

“The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well. Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication. The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court. We enjoyed being there.”

“What a wonderful place. I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. Check in was smooth, staff was kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean with all the amenities. They have a pool and restaurant. This hotel is 100m walk from the main bus line which has frequent buses to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar (3 stops). If you want to stay close enough to the action but far enough from the craziness of Sunny Beach this hotel is a fantastic option. If I go back to Sunny Beach, I……

“I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel by a beach. ”

“Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough. Quite a few things were missing in our kitchen but reception acted on it and replaced missing items. I think there should be a choice of whether or not they change your towels everyday as I find it a real waste and not eco friendly. No bath mat provided so we were……
