The Family and I were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The add on room was a little confusing at first when I first got there, but my oldest son and his kids were happy with it and the additional small air conditioning unit was helpful. The Master bedroom had some paint issues but it didn’t affect our stay. I would definitely reach out again to stay for our next Family trip to Laughlin/ River.

Mostly great!

Inside was very clean. A/C and TVs worked perfect. Outside could use a sweeping. Master bed needs repairs as head is below feet and it felt like it was going to break when I laid in it. (It didn’t) master could use a night light as it doesn’t have a window.

Nice house but master bedroom had bed bugs

Went for memorial weekend 5/24-5/26 with some family and friends everything was good but come Monday for check out me and my girlfriend woke up with bed bugs bites all over our body messaged host about it and they said they sent pest control over after we checked out and they didn’t detect any bed bugs. My girlfriend has over 20 bites just on her stomach and back and a whole bunch more on her legs. I hope they fumigated the place so others don’t go through the same experience as us.

In town for a Wedding

Very accommodating and super close to our wedding venue and other wedding parties. Host was super helpful as my spouse got sick on our drive and she was great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Had some issues at first, but was taken care of quickly. The view of the mountains was amazing. Nice quite area. Was there for a month, and hope to return again sometime.

Beautiful quiet spot

We enjoyed the stay. We had room to spread out. It was nice to sit on the patio and overlook the golf course. Kitchen and bathrooms were looked like they were recently remodeled. Very homey!

Enjoyable Stay

My husband and I rented this home for just shy of 1 month. We had some family members come stay with us for a week. Everyone seemed to enjoy their stay. Tiffany, the host, was very quick to respond and accomodating to any needs we had. We would stay there again.

Great place for your family get together

Our family of 10 spent the weekend in this cute home. It was comfortable for everyone of all ages. I would suggest more cutlery, plates, serving dishes, and cookware to accommodate large groups. Tiffany was great at communicating.

Bullhead City stay

The house was nice but had a few issues. The bedframe in the end room was broken. All the silverware was dirty and had to be washed before use. The shelf in the 1st bedroom on the right was broken. The flower pot in the living room was broken. The sheets on the bed in the 2nd room on the right hadn't been changed and had hair and dirt on them. The BBQ grill was extremely dirty and started a fire. On a good note, the owner responded to emails quickly, the house is decorated very cute, the fire pit and chairs were very appreciated and all appliances worked and were clean.

Decent little place

Nice place pretty quiet but it’s not steps away from the water it’s more like a 10 minute drive. We did have to rewash dishes before using and sweep and mop to keep our feet from turning black but aside from that the actual house was nice and the owners responded right away and were accommodating.
