Beautiful corner lot with 980 sq ft home. Completely upgraded with brand new counter tops, flooring,dish washer, built in microwave. Bathroom was completely remodeled and upgraded. Bring your four legged friends with the comfort of knowing they get to run and play in a secure chain link fence around property. Or just sit under the trees in the swing and enjoy the morning or the beautiful desert sunsets. One mile from river in two direction, so bring that boat or jet skis
