Someone had previously left trash and a broken lawn chair in the back yard. It's not the host's fault; some people are just... uncultured. Kendra was kind and very helpful. Place was clean, and very nice! Beautiful kitchen! I didn't much care for the 'remote' light switches, but that's just me. There were plenty of towels, coffee, spices, etc. Just bring your favorite shampoo and you'll be set! Thank you Kendra!

Excellent VRBO. Very clean and comfortable. Bullhead City itself isn't much to see, but this house was a pleasant surprise that made the trip for us very nice. If we ever go back, we'll stay here again for sure.

Great location for Rotary Park

The house is in an older neighborhood. The bedrooms were good size but the beds were squeaky. A very comfortable place. Good parking. Could use a fan or misters in the back yard for the summer heat. Good seating/lounging area with a bar. Good place for a family.

Great house

Property is great. Kendra is a great host and communicates great. We have stayed at Kendra‘s properties multiple times and they are always very clean great location and Kendra communicates great. Homes are kept up really well and very comfortable. Thank you for the great stay

Convenient to Rotary Park

We were playing in a tournament at Rotary Park. This location was a mile away (or less). Home was clean and just the right size for 3 adults. It was quiet at night.

Bullhead City fun

Would stay here again. Very comfortable and clean. Master bedroom was large, comfortable bed with great tv. TV’s were a little complicated however but my husband got them to work. Very nice kitchen with great appliances and dishes. Quiet neighborhood

A little TLC will make this a nice property to relax in....

First view of house shocking. Yard so overgrown with weeds...front & back. House itself was nice, but garbage disposal had "not working" sign. Towel rack in front bathroom missing.....outside of Bbq dirty & super greasy. But most of inside was nice/comfortable, spacious...... Good TVs, loved having a fire pit. Property Just needed a little TLC... Liked short distance to river & Vets memorial..

Great house

The house was very convenient to many attractions. Centered to go to Laughlin or south to other bridge for golfing. House had everything you needed to be comfortable. Even though neighborhood was a little dowdy in places, felt safe. Close to a park that was very nice. Would do it again.

Ideal location for Exploring The Area

Although just my husband & I stayed here, most of the time we had 6 other family members visiting. The open floor plan and ample living room furniture gave us plenty of room tovisit. We spent a lot of time enjoying the back patio and the warm weather. Very close to Rotary Park & the river! It was just a short trip from here to Oatman to experience the Burros.

Memorial day river getaway

This place was great. Everything was just as advertised, the air conditioning went out on Memorial day weekend and they had it fixed in 4 hours. The property manager is super. Very nice place and was perfect for our group. Would definitely go back again.

Great getaway

We loved the warmer weather and could get out on our motorcycle. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Kendra answered our questions promptly. Nice place to call our home for the two weeks we were there.

Reasonable but expensive for the accomodations

There was no hot water in the shower of the master bedroom. There were only two bath towels for the three of us - until the last day when we found several nice towels in the dryer. The second bedroom has a nice queen bed and a bunk bed. The room is so small that the closet could not be reasonably accessed and the bunk beds were aligned within 6 feet of the queen bed. The photos definitely do NOT show this.

Dog and people friendly

Our hosts communicated well, and the property was clean when we arrived. Even better, the yard is securely fenced for those of us who travel with dogs. Would definitely stay again.
