GRAY'S GETAWAY offers this BEAUTIFUL RIVERFRONT HOME on a double wide property. This property presents the most amazing views of the Colorado River and desert skylines, including both Arizona and Nevada desert scenery. With 1700 sq. feet of comfortable indoor living and a 74 foot long beachfront area, private dock, nearby launch ramps(only 1 block away), beach access, multiple large outdoor shaded living spaces, and plenty of off street parking, life doesn't get much better on the Colorado River!

Provided large, over-water decks offer ample room for enjoying the views, relaxing, and entertaining with 1 large living room/Bar/game room with a high end pool table, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full size bathroom.
I can provide rollout beds and air mattress (per your request) for adjusted sleeping arrangements.
Whether relaxing on the nice outdoor patio, sunbathing on the deck or float toys, playing outdoor games above the river, or swimming down at the beach, this home is sure to create an experience like no other.

Gray's Great Getaway

Location was perfect. Layout of the property was awesome. Lots of room. Chris was attentive and ready to serve. We had a very nice time while in Bullhead City/Laughlin and Chris's "Gray's Getaway" made us feel at home. Will definitely be booking w/Chris again next summer.

Great location & amazing host!

Chris is a great host, he quickly responds to requests and makes the check-in process so easy. House is right on the river with amazing views! I spent every night sitting on the dock watching gorgeous sunsets. Friends and I had an excellent time and plan on renting Chris’ place again.

Brought my adult family here for my wife's birthday. We are very familiar with the area but I've never stayed at a house on the river. Great location with great views! Christopher was very helpful and easily available if there were any issues, of which there was not. Would love to stay here again!

Great River and Mountain views

My wife and I have stayed at several places on the river in Bullhead, this one tops the cake Chris’s place is truly a nice relaxing place, the views are epic and watching the thunderstorms rolling in were just amazing. Property has all the amenities needed for your stay. If you’re using the Dock for your PWC or boat it’s just perfect. Chris was truly Ontop of anything I needed with a simple Call or text. We will Definitely be back thanks again Chris.

Amazing place with amazing host😎🌴☀️

We rented this property last second after our original rental fell through for 4th of july. The property was clean when we arrived and there was even 2 welcome bottles for us adults to enjoy on the table right when we walked in! I loved the 4th of july decorations too! Kids LOVED playing corn hole on the bottom deck. I thoroughly enjoyed the hammock, especially during the sunset hours ❤ Chris was an awesome host! Checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and asked if there was anything we needed to make it better. At one point, we did need more trash bags and he graciously stopped by and restocked us. Thank you Chris for your hospitality!

Great River House

We stayed here over Fathers Day Weekend. The house is great! It has a ton of storage. We loved having a space for everything! The deck is huge and a great space to gather for meals/cocktails. The beds were comfortable and the kids (both 6’ tall) said the roll aways were also great. The house has a great patio to hang on. We would have loved more time out there, but the extreme heat wave kept us in the water or inside. The location is perfect. It’s close to launch ramps, grocery store, gas, station and close enough to Laughlin to visit, but far enough to avoid the weekend crowds. Chris the owner is awesome. He’s local and super accommodating. He truly wants you to enjoy his home. We look forward to staying here again!!!

Great Getaway house on the river!!!

Amazing house right on the river! Host Christopher Gray was great! Answered all of our questions and was very helpful! The house was great! Rooms were nice and clean, the AC was blasting cold air, beautiful new kitchen, along with a spacious living room with comfy couches and smart TVs! (There was even a Nintendo for us) I think the living room was one of our favorite places of the house because there are these huge windows along with sliding doors, and you can see the whole river... and there’s a patio to take all that in :D Outside there’s another patio next to the entrance where you can bbq, hang out, be on the hammocks (by the way, they are nice and clean) and just hang out. There’s another lower patio facing the water where you can play CornHole and have a view of the river. Also you can even go down to the water and hang out privately. (There’s even a boat dock where you can park your water toys) House was amazing overall! My family and I have been going to Laughlin for the past 5 years and this was the best stay so far! We would highly recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely be staying here again!
