Riverfront Condo w/beach, boat launch, pool & spa

Have fun on the river with this ultimate vacation spot. Condo is a ground level unit that overlooks the Colorado River. Launch your boat and park your trailer ONSITE. Spend time at pool/spa that sits at the rivers edge, maybe cook up some BBQ with friends and family sitting around the picnic tables, float around the island, or maybe relax on the private beach. Later grab a water taxi onsite and enjoy a night of gambling or dancing at Laughlin casinos. There are barbecues down below by the beach. Please do not bring your own. It is against city code to have a barbecue on the balcony.

A Perfect Riverside Retreat: Can't Wait to Return!

My recent stay at this condo was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I booked, the host's communication was outstanding. They were always available and responsive, which made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a beautifully clean and well-maintained space that exceeded my expectations. The condo was thoughtfully decorated with personal touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. It was clear that the host put a lot of care into making guests feel at home. Everything was meticulously prepared, from the comfortable bedding to the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything I needed for my stay. One of the highlights was the location—just a few steps away from the river. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Whether it was taking a morning walk by the water or simply relaxing on the balcony with a view, the proximity to the river made my stay truly special. Overall, this condo provided an exceptional experience, combining comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my time here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next year! If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home with a fantastic host, this is the one.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. This condo is just steps away from the pool and bbqs and a short drive to Lake Mohave and Laughlin casinos.The complex is gated. Great place.

BLOW AWAY BUY THIS RENTAL ACCUSATION!!!!

I just got a call from the property manager 6 days after I checked out stating a stole a blow dryer and and broke 2 vases. They wanted $50 dollars for the stolen blow dryer and 2 broken vases, I told her my family would never do something like this, if we did I would admit it, then she said well you had your daughters there correct, of course I said YES. We are 100% respectful of this VRBO process and other people stuff. In fact I know a tons of owners there because we go every year and we BBQ with them etc.... They love us and my daughters TOO. NONE OF US did not even see a blow dryer there in the whole condo, and none of us would even have a need to use one at the river with 100 degree temps, your hair dyers too quick but that's not the point! The property manager was rude to me stating my responsible family DID IT which was myself 58 and my 55 and my army officer daughter that just graduated WEST POINT and her friend 25 and 24 years old. Also future renter beware, the year round neighbors above this unit party like rock stars so if you want a very loud unit this is for you!!!!!!!!, because you wont get any sleep! SO Property manager, good luck accusing other renters of STEALING and BREAKING THINGS and collecting money from people that did not do it. WOW RENTER BEWARE.

Great property. Excellent location. Plenty of room for 6 adults. We took advantage of the kitchen, bbq grills, and pool. Easy check in and great communication. Thank you for hosting our family!!
