「The room was unique and nice. It had an odd smell and the bathroom was a bit small but overall it was nice for a weekend getaway for me and my husband. It was near things in town and had nice areas to sit outside and people watch. I enjoyed learning the history of the area and the peaceful setting.」

「The character & history were unbelievable, but the staffing was less than ideal. We didn’t see a single person there. Checkout time was pretty early & if you don’t get to breakfast early, you will miss out. There wasn’t even any coffee left. Glad I got a chance to stay there, but I’m not sure I’d go again…」

「Our stay at the Inn at St. James Court was one of the highlights of our trip. Pat is an incredible host who has truly mastered the art of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like old friends and she loves animals as much as us. She made us feel completely at home in her beautiful home. The inn is warm, comfortable, and full of charm, with thoughtful touches that show how much Pat cares about her guests. Every morning started with a delicious breakfast and wonderful...

「Absolutely fabulous. Everything was fantastic. The whole house is beautifully decorated and spotless. Our suite was amazing, best bathroom i have ever seen and everything worked! Bath was deep with colours and bubbles, never experienced anything like it before, fabulous. Massive shower, easy to operate and hot water immediately, no waiting for it to warm up. Bed was so comfortable i actually managed to sleep, not easy for me in a strange bed. Lounge is beautifully designed, breakfast...

Great location near river walkway, restaurants (good brewery). Staff was incredibly nice and friendly, went the extra mile. Loved talking to Lisa every morning. Good cook and was always helpful.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Bourbon Manor B&B. Todd, one of the owners, was very friendly and helpful with our trip, and he was willing to accommodate special requests, including helping arrange a birthday cake for my husband. The rooms were charming and had a historic feel, and even though the buildings are old, they were well maintained and comfortable. The property itself was really pretty, and breakfast was delicious. It also had a homey, welcoming atmosphere and was a nice place to meet...

「The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...
