“A great place to stay with a nice river view. However, Expedia said that the check-in time was 10:30 AM and when I arrived at 11 the room wasn’t ready. They indicated check-in time was noon. Also, I had asked to have the room set up for a romantic weekend, which was not set up to specification. But other than these few hiccups, it was an enjoyable weekend.”

“This hotel seems to be run by scammers. It does not actually exist in Iganga...it is actually in the Masese area of Jinja. We had a very stressful time trying to find this hotel after arriving in Iganga. Luckily we were able to find another hotel in Iganga. Hotels.com were useless in trying to get us our refund after we had pre-paid for this hotel. They never gave me any……

“I recently booked for a night at Fancy Resort Beach Hotel jinja. I drove to the hotel and I was told that the hotel was closed due to renovations and management change. I was not refunded. I drove away to look for another place to stay. They took my money and no services. Why are they still advertising on Expedia.com with a closed hotel and still taking people's money. They are taking free money. That's not right.. im very upset... i suffered a loss....fancy resort Beach hotel jinja are……
