The Pool House: 5-Bedroom Family Home with Private Pool, Dalyellup

A five-bedroom family home in Dalyellup built around a fenced private pool, with a theatre room, an outdoor kitchen and a short walk to the beach. Sleeps 10.

Inside
The light, open-plan living area flows from the kitchen to a dining table for eight and a large lounge. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, dishwasher, double fridge and a breakfast bar with stools. A separate theatre room opens onto the outdoor area, and there`s a desk for working. Ducted air conditioning runs through the house, and the garage has basic weights.

- Bedroom 5: two single beds
Three bathrooms: an ensuite with a shower off the main bedroom, a bathroom with a bath, and a third bathroom, plus three toilets.

Outside
The covered deck has an outdoor kitchen, a long bar table and a Weber, overlooking the fenced pool (not heated). There`s a small lawn for the kids to play.

The area
Dalyellup is a quiet coastal suburb south of Bunbury. The beach and lookout are a short walk, Tuart Forest National Park is close, and Dalyellup Shopping Centre has supermarkets and cafés. Central Bunbury is about 10 minutes` drive, and Busselton and Margaret River are easy day trips along the Bussell Highway.

Getting around
A car is the easiest way to get around Dalyellup and Bunbury.

Good to know
- Parking: Up to four cars: two in the double garage and two in the driveway. No extra vehicles at any time.
- The pool is fenced and not heated.
- There are exterior security cameras at the entrances and two noise monitors that measure volume only. Neither records audio, and there are no cameras inside.
- Our team services the pool and garden and may need access during your stay. We`ll let you know first.
- Strictly no parties, events or schoolies/leavers groups.
- Self check-in from 3pm. Checkout by 10am.
- After booking, you`ll get a link to complete online check-in, including photo ID for the lead guest (25 or over). Your digital guidebook arrives 3 days before your stay and your access code 24 hours before arrival.

- Up to 10 guests. Only guests on the booking may stay overnight.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, and until 9am on Sundays and public holidays, in line with WA`s noise regulations. Please keep outdoor noise low from 7pm, out of respect for our neighbours.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- The lead guest must be 25 or older and complete online check-in with photo ID before arrival.
- Please lock up and close windows when you head out.
- No pets, sorry. Assistance animals are always welcome, with no pet fee.
- The pool is fenced and unheated. Please keep the pool gate closed at all times.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool.
- Strictly no parties, events or schoolies/leavers groups.

At checkout
- No need to wash dishes, strip beds or clean. Our team looks after all of that.
- Please leave the home reasonably tidy and put rubbish in the outdoor bins.
- Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
- Lock the doors and return keys as described in your check-in guide.
