The property is the combination of 2 separate semi-detached houses, identified as DE2959.621.1 and DE2959.621.2, and it is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separated properties.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring a flat screen satellite TV, radio, and DVD player, with direct access to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchenette fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A second kitchenette is also available, equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. 2 shower rooms with WC complete the ground floor facilities.
