“Overall, we had a good stay and the location was great. Being able to walk across the street to Warner Bros. was a huge plus, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The biggest issue was parking. We stayed out late, and each night only the last spot was left. Other vehicles often took up more room than necessary, leaving very little space. The first night I scratched the entire side of my car on the bushes trying to fit and had to crawl out through the back. After that, I parked even……

“We had a fantastic stay in Burbank. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having a supermarket nearby made it easy to buy groceries during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient to use, which made preparing meals very enjoyable. Check-in was quick and simple. Since the room was accessed with a door code, we didn’t have to carry a key around,……

The neighbors are so quiet. Street parking isn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible and the location was amazing! We went to universal and it was so close. Great communication and very great experience.”

“House was sparkling clean and had efficient use of space, with plenty of room. All appliances and supplies were easy to use and convenient. Parking was a breeze - on the street but right in front of the house. Check in information and procedure was smooth with clear instructions for combination locks. Roman was very responsive to our initial issue with no hot water and explained exactly what to do to fix it. The stool chairs at the island eating space are fun to look at but exceedingly……

“While I did not have a bad stay at this property, it was different from other VRBO experiences I have had and I wouldn't describe it as great, just adequate. This felt "strictly business" in interactions with the COMPANY that manages this property. I have enjoyed the personal interactions with other places I have stayed, and felt more like I was a guest. Otherwise I could just stay at a hotel and feel more welcome. Cons of this site: 1) smaller than I expected. That is fine as it was all I……

“We were a party of six ( two grandparents and 4 pre-teen children). Everyone of us loved the house. It's 5 minutes from the airport and about 17 minutes from Universal Studio. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs and the kids loved having a ping pong table in the detached garage. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Thanks so much!”

“The place was actually better than I expected. The location in media city around corner from Warner Bros. Studio tours, and just a couple miles from Universal Studios Theme Park. Several restaurants options a few blocks away to walk to, and Wholefoods nearby. Area felt safe and clean. Place is really cute inside and all the amenities were there to make the stay very pleasant. “Loved the place so much! Plenty of room for a party of 12 adults and 4 kids. One room had bunk beds with trundles, so could sleep 6 people, or even 8 with small kids! Another room with a queen bed. A full bathroom to share. And a master bedroom with a full bathroom. It says 4 bedrms, but maybe they’re referring to the den/area where the TV is, which someone can sleep on the couch on for sure. That’s where they have the giant jenga that my family very much enjoyed. The living room was spacious,……
