"The room was clean, the pub next door was extremely loud till 3am."

"The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in & out process was quick and easy. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel). "

"We loved staying there so much. The rooms were great. Walking in the first time we were treated with a beautiful room, magical views and a comfy relaxed vibe. And a excellent swan towel display on our bed. All staff, cleaning, reception, kitchen were outstanding. Happy, friendly & helpful...they really seemed to love there jobs & are genuinely happy to be there.. it felt like I great place to work.. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great food & Variety. We were so impressed. The air conditioning was very comfortable, the black out curtain are a wonderful bonus for those sleep ins & movies. The bed (king) was exceptional. So luxurious & soft. We received a Lovley bottle of complementary wine for our anniversary today & are so thankful to the wonderful staff whom made it so nice and welcoming for us. Overall we will remember our 1st wedding Anniversary at the Grand Chancellor Townsville for years to come thanks to the amazing staff they have. We may have started a new anniversary tradition. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 "

"Beautiful apartment and staff were friendly but so many people struggled to get in to reception as they have the door locked during open hours. I personally had to ring the out of hours number on the door to get them to push the button to unlock the door borh times we stayed. Other than that reception does have someone in there and the rest of check in is easy and the Appartments are lovely. "
