“Wanted to explore the Ithaca area. This was a perfect oasis outside the city to enjoy everything Ithaca has to offer but get away from it all in the evening. Quiet. Will definitely stay again if/when we stay in the area again. Everything was great.”

“The location of the cabin was very convenient to a good amount of wineries. We visited 9 and didn’t have to drive any further than maybe 20 minutes, many of them were within a 5 minute drive. The cabin is on the lake, the hot tub is awesome! The cabin was cozy and made us feel right at home, even our dog was so relaxed there. it was staged beautifully when we arrived, and there were towels for the hot tub, plenty of bathroom towels, kitchen towels, and the kitchen had pots, pans, toaster,……

“This property was well maintained and the perfect place to stay during Move-in week at the Ithaca Campus. 5 minutes or less from the school and access to the 'back entrance' without any turns made it easy to get in and out during the most chaotic time of the year. My only 'complaints' were that the home is obviously a flip/money-making property and needs a little more work to polish it off - and that the Beds in the Gray/Grey rooms migrated during the night on the vinyl flooring (They could……

“My husband, adult daughter and her friend stayed at the Guesthouse for 3 nights. We were traveling to see the eclipse. The Guesthouseat the Woodlands appealed to us because of it's proximity to nice places to hike. The Guesthouse was perfect for the 4 of us. “Comfortable, cosy bungalow that is exactly as described & pictured on Vrbo. The gracious, friendly owners are onsite & greeted us when we arrived & said goodbye when we departed. The bungalow features a great layout for two couples as there are two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one of which has a second door to the common area. These private areas are separated by the living room, dining room, & kitchen which provides some welcome privacy. An SUV or 4-wheel drive car may be helpful……

“This house was absolutely amazing from top to bottom! The whole house is very spacious and modern with an a stunning view in every room. They have all the kitchen ware you would need - glasses, bowls, silverware, knives, spatulas, etc. There were plenty of towels and linens. The welcome basket from Stacy was the perfect way to kick off the weekend. Stacy was also extremely responsive and helpful! I would definitely book this house again!”

“We loved our week here with our family of 6. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Beach/dock/fire pit was the favorite spot, but the jacuzzi and sauna got plenty of use too. Kitchen was well-staoked and owners were nice and responsive. The fridge in the beach house was a great plus for drinks and snacks without going back up to the main house.”

“The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete”

“We had a great weekend staying in the property. The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I!”
