“Don’t rent this property! The owner (Pamela) does not know what she is doing. The checkin process was terrible. I did not get the code and instructions and she could not send it for several hours. The dishwasher does not work and woke me up with incessant beeping at night. They tried to kick me out at 10am even though Expedia clearly said the checkout is at 11am. The property manager João yelled at me saying that I need to get out. They don’t have any sense of customer service at all”

“Pros: die Wohnung liegt super zentral und ist absolut ausreichend für 1-2 Personen und mit allem versehen was man braucht, die Kommunikation und der Empfang waren herzlich.
sehr gerne wieder.
Cons: die Matratze könnte mal erneuert werden, ist leider sehr durchgelegen.”
