"Clean rooms.
Staff were very helpful - there was a minor problem with the first room we were assigned to, but the staff fixed it right away, no drama.
There is a kitchen and laundry accessible 24 hours a day, which was very useful as we were jet lagged and really needed a cup of coffee at 3 am!
Location is perfect for us: ten minute walk from the busiest areas, area is quiet and calm but still with a grocery and several cafes nearby.
I will certainly look for StayKoook locations when I visit...

High up with great views, just minutes from the train station and even though there's lots going on around you, it was quiet and felt very safe in the building. Check-in was easy and the host replied quickly to questions. Very spacious suite, highly recommended."
