"We visited the city of Burgos last Monday February 16th,2026. We were looking for a 5-star hotel with a great location and we just found more than that!! The NH collection palace was extraordinary. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the heart of Burgos main cathedral, restaurants, and monuments. We are coming back for sure! "

"We turned up late evening to be told they had no record of our reservation.(not hotels fault but hotels.com hadn't forwarded it) Thankfully the hotel had a spare room for us. We had a lovely quiet room, considering it looked out on to the street full of nice bars. Hotel is situated right by the main plaza and a couple of minutes walk to the cathedral. If we were to visit Burgos again we would stay here again."

"Was next to cathedral and old town. The room was very large (three seperate areas). Parking was in the hotel and the breakfast was very good. The hotel needs some upgrading particularly the bathroom. This looks to be a hotel that was exceptional but is in need of an upgrade. The A/C and the TV did not work which was annoying but not a huge issue. With a little bit of attention this could be (or return to) a 4 or 5 star hotel."

"A welcoming and safe place for a lone traveller with 2 large dogs. The receptionist was very helpful. Good walks along the river bank very close to the hotel. The supermarket was 5 minutes walk away as well. I will stay again. "

"Great service and well kept rooms. The air conditioner was not working but must be off during the fall. Not an issue this time of year great big windows that we could open to let the nice fresh air. A fantastic location in the old part of town. You can walk everywhere to see the historical church and many other things. Highly recommended you will not be desapointed. "

"It was functional hotel about 1.5 miles past downtown Burgos on Camino Santiago, but there are several bus options that are cheap. There was a small grocery store and a bakery right next to it."

Only a 5 min walk to all the restaurants and famous church/cathedral- which is spectacular! The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and dark due to the electric shutters. "Lovely hotel within walking distance to the . The room I stayed in was on the 11th floor with a large patio with a magnificent view of the cathedral. You can see the lit up cathedral at night which was so pretty. I highly recommend. "
