8.6/10 Excellent! (1,005 reviews)
High points - fantastic staff including Sebastian at reception and the other gentleman who organized the cleaning. They were both super helpful and attentive to our needs! The hotel was also in a terrific central location. We had read some dismal reviews but that was not our experience at all!
Needs more attention - the majority of the room was very clean but some areas of the room could use a good deep clean like the window seat areas and the common area carpets. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
