Except for Saturdays, when the hotel tends to be busier, on other days many essential services such as hot water, heating, and other facilities are not as reliable as they once were. It feels like the hotel’s priorities have shifted; guests and tranquility are no longer at the center. This is especially disappointing, as the main reason for choosing this hotel, despite its distance from the city, was precisely its peaceful atmosphere and quality of service."
