“Great staff and great location”

“The host was communicative and responsive. The initial directions were a bit unclear, but the host promptly responded. However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. Additionally, the electricity appeared to be a bit rigged as there were adapters plugged into surge protectors. At one point the breaker tripped, but it was handled expeditiously. “Our family found this home to be a perfect home base for our stay in Alexandria. We were in town to attend a memorial service for my father at Arlington National Cemetery, and this was the perfect location: a quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and only a few minutes to Arlington. “We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again. I……

“We had a fabulous stay. Clean, comfortable lodgings very close to Mount Vernon. Excellent host who aimed to please and definitely did! Would recommend and would stay there again!”

“My parents stayed here on vacation. We live in the neighborhood. We wanted to get something close to us. They had an excellent time. You can't beat the location in history of this building. My parents had everything they needed and the apartment was very clean and cute. Additionally, the owner was incredibly kind. He was around to make sure they had everything they need and told them a little bit about the history of the property as well. We will definitely be having family stay in this location……
