「I was caught of guard by no internet and no TV. Guess I just over looked it. Since it was only one night, no big deal. We attended an event on property. Breakfast was great. So was the bed. I would also rather a shower. There again my fault for not reading.」

「This was such a beautiful place and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a romantic getaway. The cabin/cottage is nice and the 400 year old oak tree is the most amazing tree that I’ve ever seen. The host was extremely nice and very accommodating. We’re definitely going back.」

「Loved the quiet and peaceful location. It was about 25 minutes from Kyle Field. The room was nice and cozy with a comfortable bed. There was a pullout cot that was perfect for our teenager. Keith was a great host. We appreciate the wonderful breakfast!」

「We had the best time the last couple of days at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast. Where to start….the room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was cooking each morning we woke and we were very spoilt. Private bathroom and great shower. It’s a short drive to round top and a walk to a great steakhouse restaurant with bar. Food, conversation and accommodation definitely made for a great time away. 」

「Great location, convenient check in, yummy biscuits in the morning. Bathroom is outdated (tiniest toilet I’ve sat on in awhile), had a GIANT cockroach in the shower and cobwebs in corners. I’m from Texas, I grew up on a ranch, I know bugs - but these two inch flying roaches are a sign of bigger issues behind the walls and in the pipes. YukOverall about the level of a 2 star hotel for accommodations.I do appreciate the 20% discount on stay for the cockroach encounter. Would not stay again but...
